Regarding Appeal No. 01-21
Dear Property Owner:
An application for a special exception and variance has been filed with the Zoning Hearing Board by Brittany A. Mercer. The property is situated in the R-1 Suburban Residential Zoning District and is located at 336 Montmorenci Road.
This request, if approved, would authorize the use of this property as a Retail Store. Additionally, it would authorize a variance to the provisions for signs in residential districts. The Zoning Hearing Board has authority and, under certain conditions and safeguards, may grant the request.
A public hearing will be held by the Zoning Hearing Board on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 5:00 PM. The hearing will take place via ZOOM and by phone in. The details for connecting to the hearing will be found on the Ridgway Borough web site. (ridgwayborough.com) You can present your views at the meeting, by writing or by a representative.
