Dear Property Owner:
An application for a special exception and variance has been filed with the Zoning Hearing Board by Brittany A. Mercer. The property is situated in the R-1 Suburban Residential Zoning District and is located at 336 Montmorenci Road.
This request, if approved, would authorize the use of this property as a Retail Store. Additionally, it would authorize a variance to the provisions for signs in residential districts. The Zoning Hearing Board has authority and, under certain conditions and safeguards, may grant the request.
