Dear Property Owner:
An application for a variance has been filed with the Zoning Hearing Board by CM Real Estate, LLC . The property is situated in the R-2 Medium Density Residential Zoning District and is located at 208-210 and 212 Monterey Avenue .
This request, if approved, would authorize a variance to the adequate provision for ingress/egress and setback requirements for a proposed shared parking lot/driveway addition at 208-210 Monterey Avenue and 212 Monterey Avenue . The Zoning Hearing Board has authority and, under certain conditions and safeguards, may grant the request.
A public hearing will be held by the Zoning Hearing Board on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at 5:00 PM. The hearing will take place at the Ridgway Municipal Building. (108 Main St.) You can present your views at the meeting, by writing or by a representative.
