An application for a special exception has been filed with the Zoning Hearing Board by Dan Russell of Russell Real Estate, LLC. The property is situated in the C – Commercial District located at 160 Main Street.

This request, if approved, would authorize a special exception use to convert an existing open space into residential apartments on the second floor of a first floor commercial use structure. A conversion apartment is a listed special exception use within the C – Commercial District so as when directly attached and incidental to one (1) or more commercial uses or structures. The Zoning Hearing Board has authority and, under certain conditions and safeguards, may grant the request.
